The initial volume of Ministry By Design: The Series provides some of the most basic of information needed by church and other ministry leaders in assisting them in designing ministry plans that meet the needs of their congregation, ministry, community, or their own teams. Church Ministry By Design brings the information together in a somewhat concise, yet comprehensive, volume that addresses many ministry issues near and dear to today's church and ministry leaders.

• Organizing the church
• Growing the church
• Structuring church associations and denominations
• Beginning church ministries

The volume is capped by an overview of more than 80 ministries that may be offered by the church. Brief summaries are provided for what the ministry is all about, a suggested leadership structure and organization placement for effective ministry, and a synopsis of the various entry points for individuals wishing to become involved with the ministry (both staff and volunteers). Please let us know if there are specific ministries not provided that you would like included in a future edition of Church Ministry By Design.
