Seminar and training opportunities are available through Ministry By Design that equip your leadership teams with the skills and abilities necessary to enhance the levels of ministry at your church or ministry. These events can be developed and geared toward the personal needs of your executive or senior leadership team or other ministry team leaders. Our style of presentation can be considered somewhat facilitative in substance in that we are not lecture-oriented; we believe that presentation of new ideas and principles should be accompanied by directed facilitation of discussion concerning how to "practicalize" the information presented. We will help your team(s) take the information presented at the seminar back to the church or ministry team and make it work for the particular situation. By utilizing this process, your team can achieve ownership of their ministry in ways not possessed prior to the seminar.
